This is an artist’s studio in Mallorca built by a young architect called Francisco Cifuentes. The walls are made of special bricks that let you build one-layer walls, so the building process is less laborious and cheaper (and more honest). He uses these bricks in an unusual and intelligent way because the dentate side, which is supposed to be hidden (and which has a beautiful texture), is shown on both interior and exterior.
